Inclement Weather Procedure
This is New England; it snows, and it ices. Often on Wednesday nights... How do you know whether or not we have rehearsal?
Read on:
If the Wayland Public Schools are closed, we do not have rehearsal (if the schools are open, but the message from the school is, "No after school activities", we do not have rehearsal). That is the first place to check.
I will also send out an email if we are canceling. If the school is open and the conditions are iffy, I try to get an email out by noon, but if things suddenly get bad later in the day, I will definitely have the email out by 4:00. SOoooo… check your email on iffy weather days! AND CHECK YOUR JUNK/SPAM box - many of my emails to you are going there.
